Good location. Modern & clean bathroom.
The room was small, gloomy, with a small window and a bad view. Unfortunately, there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Only one of the receptionists (whom i forgot his name unfortunately) was friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff were not friendly at all (infact, i've never seen them smile during my entire stay!). I didnt feel like I was staying in a 5 star hotel at all.

Very good location in the center of the city, 2 minutes walking from Ramblas, near the Metro station, near 2 of Gaudi houses, very comfortable room, good breakfasts
The hotel manager is not friendly. They tryed to make us to pay for breakfasts twice. The problem was settled but we had to pay much time and nerves for it. Our advise is to check all the invoices very carefully.
